PROJECT:
With extensive use of vertical grain Douglas Fir millwork throughout, a complementary colour for the hardwood flooring was of paramount importance. Hakwood’s Aura was a perfect fit. Details such as oversized nosing, a border along the millwork to the sunken Living Room, and a discrete aluminum insert into the bottom stair tread all add to the custom feel of this already very custom home. This busy family needed a floor they could actually live on and Hakwood’s UV Oil has proven to be ideal for their lifestyle.
