This beautiful penthouse overlooking the water had a dated Maple hardwood floor on the entry level with a completely carpeted upper floor. A few minor changes to the condo’s footprint allowed for a more open concept. Along with upgrades to most of the finishes and fixtures in the home, the hardwood flooring change really showcases the photogenic sight lines of the home in part due to the wide planks and long lengths of the engineered flooring. The homeowners, contractor and designer fell in love with the beautiful grain structure and variation of this colour and were impressed by the BC Hardwood service from start to finish.
